We had a great experience at Chelmsford Bertucci\'s. Our waitress Wendy was the bomb! I come there every couple weeks with my daughter. I can tell she has experience with kids.

My Dad & I had lunch at the Longmeadow Shop in MA, store #075 and we were extremely pleased with our server, named Brian. He knew the Bertucci menu inside and out and explained the choices very well to us. He was extremely efficient and very courteous with wonderful people skills. Please pass this message along to his immediate employer and on to him. We certainly would choose to frequent this restaurant again. Thank you.

my husband and neighbors go to bertucci\'s and really have a great delicious lunch the food is always good waiter a little lax on serving salad was served for 2 people instead of 4 we had to order more

Food was ok. Service at the restaurant in Rockville MD was horrible. Was quite disappointed since I knew of the place from Pennsylvania. Brought a friend - her first time at Bertucci\'s. Will not be visiting again.

just ate at Bertucci\'s in Brookline Village. One of the worst meals I have had there. Flat and tasteless. the number on my receipt is 10030-01760-46290.

My husband and I eat very frequently at Bertucci\'s in North Shore Mall or at Rte 1 in Lynnfield and we always enjoy everything. I just wish you would bring back a scallop dinner for a few years ago. Thanks for a dependably good restaurant.

MY GIRLFRIENDS AND I FREQUENTLY EAT AT BERTUCCIS, USUALLY AT THE LYNNFIELD LOCATION. SATURDAY 5/16/09, WE ATE AT THE NORTH SHORE MALL LOCATION AND HAD A GREAT WAITRESS; HER NAME WAS DONNA. THE FOOD AND EXPERIENCE IS ALWAYS GREAT! MY FRIENDS AND I KNOW GOOD ITALIAN FOOD BECAUSE WE HAVE EATEN AND COOKED IT OUR ENTIRE LIVES.

My entire family enjoyed Bertrucci this past Mothers Day , We are a family of 5 - all over 18yrs. Great food, great server and prices are good also. Thanks for making my Mothers Day so special. Keep up the good work

My family and I visited your restaurant on Spring field the food was excellent, specially the Spinach Ricotta pizza amazing and our server I\'m not sure if I write her name right \"Sedei\" was great, the restaurant was so busy but she managed to made us so comfortable.

Just happened to stop by for lunch,excellent food;excellent service,bread hot which usually is cold by the time you eat,would rate your restaurant in the top 10 and we are comming up for dinner next week.hard to find meals that are exceptinal. looking forward to anothergood meal

food delish. service needs improvement. Servers shouldn\'t bring entre before picking up the appetizer ane salad dishes, requiring customers to help clear the table. We had to ask for more water and the entre dishes weren\'t cleared before they brought the dessert.
